In parallel of her event management career, Caroline developed a huge passion for cooking and wanted to share it with friends and strangers by creating a Supperclub.
They started small in their own flat. Caroline in the kitchen and Tobias as the lovely host in the dining room.
It wasn’t meant to become a restaurant, but the Supperclub get so successful they decided to go public.
The aim is still the same : doing everything by themselves with good products.
Products from mass production are totally banned at Muse !
All seasonal vegetables are from local farmers, the meat is free range and the bread is baked in a bakery close by following their own recipe.
Everything is kind of the same as when it was in their living room, the staff is like a family, you can see Tobias’ paintings on the walls, everybody is super friendly… just the size is different.
